In the event that you need to cancel your membership, please review the following policy. By signing up for a membership with us or purchasing any product, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and this Cancellation Policy.

For monthly memberships: You may cancel your subscription at any time.  If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for taking this action before your next renewal payment.  If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hours cut-off. No exceptions. 

The monthly membership has automatic recurring payments. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. 

For annual memberships: This membership automatically renews after 1 year from the date of purchaseYou may cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, we offer a 72 hour grace period in which you are eligible for a full refund if the subscription is canceled within 72 hours of the renewal. No refunds will be issued past the 72 hour cut off. No exceptions.
